These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Growthians Marketing, operating under Growthians Marketing LLP. By availing our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

We provide:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  
  
• Google Ads & Meta Ads Management
  
  
• Social Media Marketing
  
  
• Website Design & Development
  
  
• Performance Marketing Services
  
  

All services are subject to a monthly management fee unless stated otherwise.

2. Payments & Invoicing

• All services (except website development) require 100% advance monthly payment.
  
  
• For website development projects:
  
  
  • Standard websites: 60% advance, 40% on project completion.
    
    
  • eCommerce websites: 60% advance, then 2 milestones of 20% each.
    
    
• All payments made are non-refundable.
  
  

3. Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy. Clients are advised to discuss and finalize scope, timelines, and deliverables before confirming payment.

4. Termination & Cancellation Policy

• For ongoing monthly services (e.g., SEO, ads, social media), the client must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice for termination.
  
  
• For website development projects, if the client chooses to terminate after paying the advance and once work has begun,
  the advance is strictly non-refundable, and no part of the work will be delivered unless additional payment is made based on the work completed.
  
  

5. Limitation of Liability

• Growthians Marketing LLP will not be held responsible for errors or disruptions caused by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or hosting providers.
  
  
• While we aim to support clients with website uptime, we are not liable for website downtime caused by hosting/server issues outside our control.
  
  
• We are not responsible for any loss of leads, revenue, or business disruptions due to ad disapprovals, account bans, or algorithm changes.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

All assets created (including websites, ads, and designs) remain the property of Growthians Marketing until full payment is received. Rights are transferred only after completion of full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Modifications to Terms

Growthians Marketing LLP reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be reflected on our website.
